Our Process
After many months of research and investigation, we have reached negotiation to get the best leathers throughout Spain, a country that is characterized by offering some of the highest quality leather in the world. Absolutely all the materials used in the manufacturing of our handguards are made in Spain as well as the location of our workshop. Each Yosalto handguard is handmade, with precision and meticulous work that give rise to a high standard product with the best quality, that our gymnasts need to compete and to continue training and improving day by day in their gym.

With the pressure machine and moulds, we cut the skin to the exact size and shape that we want.

First assembly process: we combine the different pieces of leather with glue which is an important part before the sewing process to give extra strength and accuracy.
We join the parts which will then be sewn by hand. In this picture, you can see how the hand section is attached to the section for the wrist.
Once the hand section is attached to the wrist section, the leather for the dowel is added.
Once the first assembly process with the glue is finished, the sewing can commence.
Second manufacturing process: sewing all the components by hand to assemble the handguard.

Once all the pieces have been assembled and sewn, we continue with the next phase in the manufacturing process. Printing our YOSALTO logo under pressure on the right handguard along with the size.
